Green is going to be a big color this year. From lime green to hunter green, expect to see it everywhere. Martyn Lawerence-Bullard , a celebrity designer, predicts we will see it implemented in bolder ways like wall colors, area rugs and on a smaller scale like green glasses in your serve wear.
Marble and brass was a big hit in 2016 and is projected to continue into 2017. The contrast provides a great combination of a clean looks with industrial materials. Keep your eye out for this design element particularly in Kitchens and Bathrooms.

We anticipate texture will also be a hot trend for the new year. To add texture to a room simply mix fabrics, materials and colors together. An easy way to give the trend a try is by draping a throw over a leather chair. In this photo, our client mixed colors and textures to create lots of depth in their gorgeous living room.
What would trends be if we didn’t see some dramatic light fixtures? Think of your light fixture as an accessory for your home and a great way to display your personal sense of style.
