Average Sales Price is calculated based on sold data for the county. Prices do not account for seller concessions. Average is the mean sales price for all closed sales in a given month.

Months of Supply

Months supply of homes refers to how long it would take to completely sell out of home inventory assuming no other homes came on the market. The inventory of homes for sale at the end of a given month, divided by the average monthly Pending Sales from the last 12 months. Also known as absorption rate.
